Nastya (Anastasia) Varlamova
Russian Artist & Illustrator a 2014 graduate of the British Higher School of Art and Design

Based in Portugal since 2019

 

Her portfolio showcases a diverse range of illustrative projects, including collaborations with agencies such as BBDO and BangBang in Moscow, where she created striking and memorable illustrations for a variety of campaigns of different brands. 

Nastya participated in illustration festivals such as Braga em Risco and Fólio Ilustra, gaining recognition within the artistic community of Northern Portugal. 

 

Nastya's work embodies the harmony and vibrancy of nature.

Relocating from Russia to Portugal, she found pure inspiration in her new environment.

The lush landscapes and rich culture of Portugal, especially the verdant beauty of Madeira Island,

deeply influence her artistic vision.

 

 

Color holds a special place in the artist’s practice. Throughout her career, she has perceived color not as a tool or an addition, but as a physiological reality capable of producing a direct emotional impact.
