This question returns to the artist persistently: “Are you drawing this just for yourself, or for someone else?”
It exposes our habit of seeking clear purpose in art, of trying to assign direction to something that often emerges without one. These works started as a private practice of balance and attention in an era of overproduction and fast results. Yet once the work exists, it no longer belongs to a single intention. It stays open to interpretation, to projection and to the emotional space of whoever stands before it.

This collection of pencil drawings was created throughout 2024 , capturing the essence of Portugal as seen through the artist travels, moments spent in nature, and an ongoing dialogue with the landscapes around her. Portugal is a land where history, traditions, and nature intertwine seamlessly. Beyond its rich cultural heritage, it is a country filled with landscapes that nurture both the body and soul. Through her artistic exploration, Nastya depicted the profound bond between nature and humans as parts of the same whole, existing in a delicate and unbreakable tandem.
